May I download videos?
The Platinum Pictures Network is currently a video streaming service. Much like Netflix or other streaming services. If we change the model or test downloads we will make an announcement in our news area.
Why does the video player read error or no playable sources?
This could mean you have to get the most recent “flash” plug-in. When you reload the page make sure to re-load with plug-ins. If the problem persists after following those instructions please let us know by contacting customer service (see contact us page)
How often do you update videos?
Each site on The Platinum Pictures Network has it’s own update schedule and that varies among website/ Channels. New channels will update less until the subscriber base grows large enough to support more updates. Legacy or archive sites are priced extremely low because they do not update. These are classic catalogs which we are making it available on our streaming service.
