Platinum Pictures Inc. seeks to hire/contract with independent talent scouts. Most have the ability to deliver quality female (and some male) talent within general parameters provided by Platinum Pictures Inc. You should be able to perform this task on a regular basis as your pay will be linked to successful shoots with artist. Should have contacts inside and outside of the adult video business. Should verify talent’s age (must be at least 18 years old with valid ID) and HIV/ STD status (must be negative) prior to bring them to our producers. Must be professional and NOT a pimp. Must treat the talent with respect and liaison between talent, producers and or bookers. Pay is per successful talent shoot, so the ability to produce volume is key to a high pay. Perfect for guys and gals who have lots of connections with sexually adventurous people. Extremely high performing scouts may earn a base pay in addition to the per talent fee structure.
